Are you a little lost with where to begin or have questions about membership content and want guidance?

You can make an online appointment using the calendar below.

Appointments have a set cost for the time of the appointment that will be charged at the time of the appointment.  You have the choice of 2 appointments and we recommend that if it is a difficult topic with lots of history that you select the 30 minute appointment. 

Our appointment times and cost are as follows: 

20 minutes: $40

30 minutes: $50 

(Please note that no notes will be kept regarding your appointment. Your practitioner will take notes and email them to you with any content that is discussed. Notes regarding your appointment will then be deleted unless discussed otherwise and saved if there will be future appointments. Due to Physiotheory not keeping notes we don’t accept private health or medicare referrals). 

Requirements for your appointment:

• Screen sharing- we recommend a desktop
• Camera usability: It is much easier for us to see where your injury is and what exercises etc you have been doing. Therefore, we will need camera accessibility.
